Located atop the Santa Monica Mountains in Studio City, the new homeowners of this +7,500 sq ft residence have begun a major remodel to transform the house into their forever home. The kitchen has been renovated with white oak millwork, large windows that fill the space with light throughout the day and a new breakfast nook that looks out to the central courtyard. Across the courtyard is a standalone entertainment lounge; the new opening behind the bar allows one to look out across the mountains as they enjoy drinks and good company. 

The upcoming second phase of the project is a 2-story addition that includes a lobby and screening room with additional bedrooms above.
